Use of the services of lol.travel implies the acceptance on the part of the consumer of these terms and conditions, of the general sales contract conditions for all tourism services which are available at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
Without prejudice to the cases provided for in articles artt. 32 - 51novies of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 21 May 2018, no. 62 implementing the (EU) Directive 2015/2302 on tour packages and linked tourism services) lol.travel informs the consumer that they exclusively carry out the sales activity for all services offered we invite you to carefully read the GENERAL CONDITIONS (especially articles 1 and 3) of this site as applicable.

This touristic service cannot be regarded as a negotiation case in point for the organisation of tour packages and is therefore governed by the terms and conditions of the single service object of the contract as found below, the consumer is invited to carefully consult the passenger and baggage transport conditions of the selected airline.

CONTENTS AND USAGE OF LOL.TRAVEL SITE

Booking and purchase of products and services on the site lol.travel is governed by the contractual conditions applied by these same products and services. Each user is required to know and accept the conditions of use of the site before proceeding with the booking and/or purchase.

The collection, processing and any other operation relating to information conferred during the booking process is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy; the consumer undertakes to use the services and functionality of lol.travel, and it's services only for lawful purposes, in compliance with the general conditions of the contract of sale of touristic packages and the contractual conditions that regulate the provision of services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neither lol.travel nor any of its subsidiaries acknowledge any guarantees, express or implied, or assume any legal responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the photos, descriptions, and other information regarding hotels on the website as these are provided by third parties.

PRIVACY POLICY pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“Regulation”) – GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Easy Market Spa, registered at Strada Statale Consolare 51/c 47900 Rimini (RN), as Data Controller, informs you that your data will be processed for the management of the tour package/linked tourism services/single tourism service; provision of data is optional, but it is necesary for the execution of the contract.
Your data will be processed using manual, computer and or telematic methods; particular categories of personal data (eg. customer's disabilities, religious beliefs, etc.), in which case the legal basis of how they are dealt with will be article 9.2.a of EU Regulation 2016/79. Your data may be communicated to insurance companies and third parties including those in non EU countries for the completion of travel reservations (hotels, airlines, etc.): the Data Controller informs that data processing will take place according to the provisions of article 49.1.b of the Regulation, or according to one of the other methods permitted by the current law. Your data will not be disseminated. The external managers and the persons in charge of the data will be able to know the data and subjects involved in the management of the trip.
The updated and complete list of data processors is available on the Data Controller's website and can be requested from the Data Controller at the address indicated above and/or the email address indicated below. Pursuant to the article 15 and following the Regulation, the interested party has the right to ask at any time for access to their own personal data, the correction of or cancellation of the same, the limitation of treatment in the cases provided for by article 18 of the Regulations , obtain, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning them in cases provided for by article 20 of the Regulations. At any point, the interested party has the ability to revoke, pursuant to article 7 of the Regulations, the consent given; or complain to the competent supervisory authority pursuant to article 77 of the Regulations. If one believes that the processing of data has taken place contrary to the law in force, then one can make a request of opposition to the processing of data pursuant to article 21 of the Regulations in which to give evidence of the reasons which justify this opposition. The Owner reserves the right to evaluate the application, which would not be accepted in case of the existence of binding legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing which reasons prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party.
Requests should be made in writing to the Privacy Service of the Data Controller (at the address indicated above) or to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the following address: legal@easymarket.travel . Pursuant to article 9.1 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR for “special/sensitive categories of personal data” means “personal data which reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as dealing with genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to a person's health or sexual life or sexual orientation.”

COPYRIGHT

This site is intended for personal use by consumers. It cannot be modified, reproduced, duplicated, copied, distributed, sold, resold or exploited in any other way for commercial purposes. It is also forbidden to use this site for any illegal or prohibited purpose. These conditions may be changed by lol.travel at any time.

    The booking and / or the combination of different products and / or services provided by lol.travel at the discretion of the customer assumes no responsibility for any resulting combination thereof. lol.travel is not responsible in any case for the inaccurate inclusion of the personal data carried out during the booking process. The user is then responsible for the consequences arising from their incorrect insertion.

    When selling holidays/ tourist package, lol.travel acts as intermediary between tour operators and final customer. lol.travel do not respond in any case for the obligations imposed on providers of individual products and / or services, but is responsible only for those arising from his role as intermediary and within the limits prescribed by law pursuant to art . 22 of Law No. 1084 of 27.12.1977 and Dlg 206/2005 ( the Consumer Code ). lol.travel, as travel agency, is not liable for all or part of travel, accommodation or other products and / or services which are the subject of the contract between customer and provider of products and / or services. Under Article . 55.1.b of the Italian Consumer Code since this contract for the provision of services does not apply the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles . 64 et seq . , and Articles . 52 , 53 and 54.1 of the Consumer Code.

    lol.travel, as a travel intermediary, is not liable for all or part of travel, accommodation or other products and / or services which are the subject of the contract between customer and supplier of related products and / or services.

    CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

    In case you need to change or cancel purchased holiday, you must send the request to lol.travel by sending an e-mail to vacanze@lol.travel. After receipt of the communication, the competent office will check and notify the penalties provided by the suppliers. In addition to these penalties, for each change and / or cancellation you will be charged a fixed fee for the costs of agency practice management of € 30.00. If insurance against cancellation was not included in the purchased holiday, we strongly recommend the buy it.

    REFUNDS

    If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded directly to the credit card used to place the order. The amount will be available on the account statement 2/3 months following the request. If the payment was made by bank transfer, you will be contacted by our customer service for the communication of the bank to make the repayment. Please note that the registration fees are never refundable

    TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

    It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of identity documents, visas and health requirements necessary to access to the countries included in the holiday and/or route. lol.travel accepts no responsibility for non-fulfillment of their absence. When booking you must pay special attention to the compilation of the fields related to the name and surname of the passengers, which must exactly match those on the personal identification document.

The provision of a scheduled flight cannot be construed as the organisation of a tourist package and as such it is disciplined by the terms and conditions for a single service as evidenced below. We recommend that you study carefully the conditions of passenger and baggage transport of the airline selected.

    The booking and/or combination of flights and of different products and/or services provided by Lol.travel is entirely at the client's discretion, who as such assumes every responsibility arising from the combination of said services.

    lol.travel is in no way responsible for the incorrect insertion of users' personal details during the booking process. The user is, therefore, responsible for the consequences arising from mistakes of insertion. Specifically relating to FLIGHTS, Lol.travel acts simply as an intermediary for the airlines in the sale of flight tickets. The price is not confirmed until the emission of the flight ticket. Lol.travel is in no way responsible for the obligations imposed on the suppliers of the individual products and/or services, but is responsible exclusively for those arising out of its role as an intermediary and in any case within the limits set by the law and regulation of articles no. 1, n. 3 and n. 6, from 17 to 23, from 24 to 31 of Law 27/12/1977 no. 1084 ratified and implemented by the international convention relating to travel (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23.4.1970 (limited to those parts of the provisions which do not refer to the contract for the sale of tourist packages and up to its repeal by Art. 3 of the Law 79 of 23 May 2011 - Code of Tourism) and by arts. 51, II comma, 62 and 65 of the Law 21 February 2014, n. 21 Activating the directive 2011/83/UE on consumer rights, limited to the service of passenger transport.

    Lol.travel, as the intermediary, is not responsible for the partial or total cancellatoin of journeys, stays or other products and/or services which are part of the contract concluded between the passenger and the supplier of the relevant products and/or services. Clients declare and guarantee to indemnify Lol.travel, as well as subjects linked to and controlled by it, its representatives, employees, collaborators as well as its partners from any claims for damages, including legal costs, that may arise against them in relation to the use of products and/or services acquired in this section of the site. The baggage allowance is never guaranteed by Lol.travel and must be checked directly with the airline, which can, at its discretion not include it in the price of the ticket. In this case it is necessary to check directly with the carrier what to do in order to be able to load hold baggage. Authorisation and indications depend upon the airline. Pursuant to the law, clients indemnify Lol.travel for eventual delays, damages or losses linked to transportation, cancellation of flights or other inconveniences attributable to the airlines' responsibility, also pursuant to the Regulation 261/04/EC which establishes common rules in the matter of compensation and assistance for passengers in the event that boarding is refused, of cancellation of the flight and of extended delays. Flight segments must be used consecutively, the non-use of any of this segment can determine the automatic cancellation of the travel itinerary.

    Power to request documentation by lol.travel

    Easy Market spa reserves the right to request the necessary documentation that confirms the identity of the subject who has made the reservation, the owner of the credit card, as well as the beneficiaries of the services acquired. The documentation will be requested within travel start date with lol.travel and could be done by phone and/or email. In the case the information and documentation is not provided by the interested parties within travel start date with lol.travel, Easy Market will have the right to cancel the reservation, applying a penalty equivalent to 100% of the value of the reservation.

    Payment Methods

    It is possible to purchase a scheduled flight on Lol.travel with the following credit cards: American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard and all the prepaid cards which are part of the Visa Electron circuit as long as they are enabled for online payment. Credit card payments are in line with the high security standards guaranteed by SSL (secure socket language) cryptographic technology. An automatic anti-fraud system intervenes in every transaction to intercept any frauds and to protect our systems. In the event that a valid reservation is mistakenly blocked by the anti-fraud system, passengers will be advised that the booking was not finalised and our customer services will provide alternative solutions in order to finalise payment. In these cases Lol.travel cannot guarantee that that the price will remain the same nor that the reservatoin will not be cancelled by the airline.
    The total price of the reservation includes, in addition to the final flight price, the services selected by the customer and management fees. Management fees are always showed before the payment and they are non-refundable by Lol.travel to the customer. The amount charged corresponds exactly with the total price of the reservation and is accepted by the customer at the end of the booking process.

    Information present on Lol.travel

    The intermediary undertakes to take every reasonable care to ensure that the information contained in the site and relating to the services offered are accurate and up to date. However, the information contained in the site is provided by third parties. As such, within the limits established by the applicable law the intermediary cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.

    Travel documents

    It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the identity documents, visas, sanitary requirements valid and necessary to enter the countries covered by the itinerary, it is his/her exclusive responsibility to respect all of the laws and regulations of the departure, transit and arrival nations. Lol.travel declines any responsibility for problems arising from a consumer's failure to respect any of these requirements. During the booking phase it is particularly important to pay attention when completing the fields relating to names and surnames, which must correspond exactly with those on identity documents.

    The carrier can only accept and board the passenger whose name is printed on the ticket.

    There is no right to any refund in the event that boarding is denied for failure to present the required documents or for having invalid documentation. The passenger has sole responsibility for possession of the required documentation.

    For information on the documents requested for entry into individual countries we suggest that you consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to purchase.

    Ticket collection, check in and boarding

    For ticket collection and check in formalities passengers should present thmselves directly at the relevant desks in the airport with their identity document valid for boarding. It is advisable to go to check in at least 2.5 hours prior to the departure of the flight to finalise check in procedures. For passengers transiting in or travelling to the United States we strongly suggest arriving at check in at least 3 hours prior to the flight departure. The reservation shows the departure time of the flight. In the event that a passenger does not arrive in time at the check in desk or at the boarding gate, or is not in possession of the correct documentation or is denied travel, the airline will not be able to accept or board the passenger and will not be able to delay departureLol.travel declines any responsibility relating to the above since the sole responsibility for damages and costs arising out of a failure to respect the above requirements lies with the passenger.

    Electronic ticket (e-ticket)

    An electronic ticket is sent automatically to the airline/carrier and is identified by a booking code called PNR (Passenger Name Record) which is communicated at the moment the booking is confirmed in a confirmation email sent to the email address indicated by the client during the booking process.

    Seat assigment (optional service)

    In case you choosed our seat assigment service, our Customer Care will manage it in accordance to your request, if possible and seats are available. If the airline will apply an extra cost, our team will inform you about the price before proceeding and you will be able to decide if you want to go ahead or not. Our seat assigment service is not refundable.

    Changes and Cancellations

    Tickets are non-transferable. For this reason name changes are never allowed. Please ensure, therefore, that names are inserted correctly during the booking process and are exactly as indicated on your ID document or passport.
    A penalty fee set by the airline and/or service supplier according to its published policy is applicable for any change of date or route after a ticket has been issuedl. This may vary according to when a variation is requested. This fee is in addition to any possible supplement to revised ticket price. All requests for changes must be sent via e-mail to flights@lol.travel .Once your request has been received, we will check whether changes are allowed with the ticket you have purchased. If changes are permitted we will advise you via e-mail of the total fees applied by the airline and wait for your acceptance via e-mail before actioning any changes. In addition to these penalties, an agency fee of €55,00 per booking will be charged for each change. If during the booking process you have purchased the "Flex" service package, you do not have to pay lol.travel agency fee, but only the penalty penalty fee set by the airline.

    In case insurance is included in your reservation, the amount considered by Filo Diretto will be the one on your confirmation email. If you change your ticket, the insured amount will not change unless you will require it at time of modification.

    Refunds

    All cancellation requests must be communicated via e-mail to the following address: flights@lol.travel
    We would advise that many ticket prices are subject to cancellation fees and in some cases tickets are non-refundable. The airline and/or supplier are responsible for the authorisation of any refunds and for the time taken for these to be made. Once we have recevied your request, we will advise you via e-mail of the fees applicable by the airline and will await your acceptance via e-mail before proceeding to cancel your ticket and to request a refund. In addition to these penalties, an agency fee of €55,00 per booking will be charged for each cancellation or refund request.
    If payment was by credit card the amount will be credited directly to the credit card used to make the booking. We would clarify that the agency fees and any insurance policy are never refundable.

    Unaccompanied minors

    Passengers under 18 years may not be boarded if not accompanied by both parents.

Lol.travel declines any responsability relating to the above since the sole responsibility for damages and costs arising out of a failure to respect the above requirements lies with the passenger.

    Check-in online

    PLEASE NOTE:
    Some low cost carriers offer compulsory online check-in to be done on their own website within a published timeframe prior to departure. Passengers who do not present a printed boarding card to airport security personnel and at the boarding gate will have to check in again at the check in desk (if that is possible) and will have to pay a supplement imposed by the airline. The carries which currently require compulsory online check in include but are not limited to: Ryanair, Volotea, Wizz Air e Bluair.

    Electronic ticket (e-ticket)

    An electroni ticket is sent automatically to the airline/carrier and is identified by a booking code called PNR (Passenger Name Record)PNR (Passenger Name Record), which is comunicated at the moment the booking is confirmed in a confirmation email sent to the email address indicated by the client during the booking process.

    Emission of tickets

    Generally low cost airlines use electronic tickets. This means that no paper ticket will be printed. Once your booking is finalised you will be sent a confirmation email where the booking reference for your low cost flight will be highlighted. We ask you to print it and to present it together with your identity document assieme at check in. We would advise that for all Ryanair air flights it is compulsory to check in online on the site of Ryanair and to print the boarding card to present in the airport. To this end we would ask you to take careful note on their website of the time limits within which it is compulsory to print the boarding card, since a penality is applied by the airline in the event that the time limit is not respected.

    Ticket payment

    The charge of the cost of your flight will be carried out by Easy Market SpA, the company that owns lol.travel.

    Cancellations

    In general tickets issued by low cost airlines are non-refundable except in those cases when the airline cancels or changes sifnificantly. For further details we would ask that you consult the terms and conditions of the specific carrier. It is advisable for passengers who book far in advance to reconfirm their reservation 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, checking directly on the website of the selected airline.

    Name changes

    The possibility of the name change must be checked with the airline.

    Date, time and itinerary changes

    Date, time and itinerary changes can be changed if there is availability and following payment of a supplement for the variation, in addition to payment of the difference between the original price paid and the lowest price available at the time of the change. If the new price is less than that paid originally, no refund is envisioned. In any case changes should be requested directly to the low cost airline.

    Hold luggage

    We advise you that for some low cost airlines hold luggage is not always included in the reservation. The addition of luggage can be done via the website when possible.

    Security regulations for hand luggage

    Since 6 November 2006, the European Union has adopted new security rules which limit the quantity of liquids which can be carried through airport securify controls. Passengers can carry only small amounts (max 100 ml per container) of liquids, gel, and creams in hand luggage and they must be carried in a transparent plastic bag which cannot exceed 1 litre (with dimensions of approx 18 x 20 cm). Prescription liquids and dietary liquids such as baby food can be carried outside the plastic bag and are not subject to limitations. There are no limitations to liquids carried in hold luggage. If so you will be informed about any such penalties by hotel suppliers.     Refunds

    If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded directly to the credit card used to place the order. The amount will be available to the statement 2/3 months of the request, depending on the circuit of payment used.
